The Leadership Development Centre has established a reputation for effectively preparing today's police leaders to work in an increasingly dynamic, complex and global law enforcement environment.
Executive Development in Policing (EDP)
This program is offered over a 12-month period and is for senior managers and executives at the inspector or superintendent level (or equivalent) with a focus on Canadian police executive development.
- International Executive Development in Policing (IEDP)
This program is offered over a 12-month period and is for senior managers and executives at the inspector or superintendent level (or equivalent) with a focus on a Canadian and Hong Kong perspectives of police executive development.
Strategic Policing through Action and Character leadership development course (SPAC)
This course strengthens the strategic management and leadership competencies of middle managers in the law enforcement community.
