Students on CPC courses

Tuition

• $75 per day for most courses - Subsidized rate for Canadian Police Services (federal, provincial, regional or municipal)
• $175 per day for most courses - other Canadian organizations (federal, provincial, regional or municipal)
• $225 per day for most courses - Non-subsidized rate for foreign police services.
  • Note for foreign police services: The CPC requires that credit card payment information accompany the registration form. (include the name on the credit card, the credit card number and the expiry date of the card.)

Accommodation

• $65 per night is charged for bedroom accommodations at the College.
• A bedroom will automatically be assigned, for the duration of the course, if the Police Service requests it on the CPC Registration Form for each student.

Meal Plans

• $42.50 per day for Canadian police services is charged for the regular meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 breaks) when bedroom accommodations are reserved.
• Students who attend courses but do not reside on campus have the option of a modified meal plan at $19.60 per day (lunch and 2 coffee breaks).
• Meal Plan rates are subject to change without notice.

Accommodation and Meals for students residing at the College are charged from the day the course starts until it ends (including weekends in between).

Example:

A 10-day course begins on Monday, February 2 and ends on Friday, February 13

• = 10 days of training (10 x 75.00 = $750.00)
• = 12 days of accommodation (12 x $65.00 = $780.00) 
• = 12 days for the meal plan (12 x $42.50 = $510.00)

If a student arrives on a Sunday, 4 pm or later and leaves on a Saturday by 10 am, he/she is not charged for the accommodation or dinner on Sunday and breakfast on Saturday.

Accommodation & meals for the weekend in between (February 7 & 8) will automatically be charged, even for those students who decide not to remain on campus.

Other fees

• A $25 fee will apply, if a student requires a copy of the course certificate.
  • Note: Each student receives a course certificate at no additional cost at the end of the course. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that a copy is placed on his/her service file in their Police Service.
• A $25 fee will apply for any "Letters of Attestation / Transcript".
• A minimum $25 fee will apply for any other document copies and the fee may be higher depending on the number of pages in the document.

• Credit card - payments are accepted for Mastercard, Visa or American Express
• Debit card
• Cheques - made payable to the "Canadian Police College" or "Receiver General for Canada"
• Wire Transfer - Additional banking admin charge of $20.00 applies.
