Students and registered visitors can choose from a variety of meals and meal plan options. You can book your meal plans when you register for your course. If you have special requests or preferences, please contact the Registrar's Office at at cpc_registrar-registraire_ccp@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.

Cancellation policy – CPC Ottawa

When cancelling or changing your booking, please notify the Registrar's Office at cpc_registrar-registraire_ccp@rcmp-grc.gc.ca in writing seven business days before the event date.

Meal plans will be charged if cancelled less than seven days in advance.

CPC West, Pacific Region Training Centre

There are no meal plans at the Pacific Region Training Centre (PRTC). The cost of accommodation includes the room and three meals. Coffee breaks and meals for students and instructors who are not staying at the hotel can be paid at the restaurant cash register.

Every meal features a buffet that offers several options for guests. If you have allergies or other special food requirements, please complete a special meal request form when you reserve your hotel room.

Cancellation policy – CPC West

There is no meal cancellation fee because they are included with the room accommodation and there is no fee for cancelling room reservations.
